The challenge

Clink's loyalty platform needed a consumer app polished enough that diners would use it every visit — earning points, redeeming rewards, discovering offers and ordering, all without friction.

What we did

We built a React Native (Expo) app with digital loyalty cards, a points wallet, Instagram-post rewards, personalised offers, and complete in-app ordering — cart, group orders and point redemption — backed by a Ruby on Rails API on PostgreSQL and instrumented with Mixpanel.
