Any software development work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, timelines, payment and deliverables. Nothing on this website is itself an offer or a contract.
Ownership of work
Unless your agreement says otherwise, ownership of the source code and deliverables for a project transfers to you once that project is fully paid for.
Intellectual property
The Adinovus name, logo and the content of this website belong to Adinovus Technologies Pvt Ltd. Please don't reuse them without permission.
Liability
We work carefully, but to the extent allowed by law we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.
