The challenge

CA firms run their entire practice across WhatsApp, Google Drive, email and Excel — client records, deadlines and confidential documents scattered with no access control, no audit trail and real compliance risk under India's DPDP Act.

What we did

We built a multi-tenant platform on Next.js and Supabase, using Postgres Row-Level Security to isolate every firm's data, field-level AES-256-GCM encryption on PAN, Aadhaar and bank details, and private Cloudflare R2 storage served through short-lived signed URLs. Blind indexes keep global search fast without exposing plaintext, and every action is written to an immutable audit trail.
