The challenge

Devee's operations staff manage a sprawling organisation — thousands of employees plus roles, products and a multi-level org structure — and needed one fast internal console to keep it all accurate, with zero risk of accidental data loss.

What we did

We built a Next.js dashboard with one consistent pattern across every entity: searchable, sortable tables, focused create/edit dialogs, and deliberate named confirmations on destructive actions. Data lives in Firebase with role-based access, and a one-click 'Sync with Focus' keeps employee records aligned with Devee's external Focus service.
